Governance Parameters

These are the protocol parameters that can be altered by governance based on voting.

Anybody with 1% of governance tokens delegated to their address can propose a governance action; these are simple or complex sets of actions, such as adding support for a new asset, changing minting fees, changing the performance fees, or changing any other parameter or variable of the protocol that the current administrator can modify.

It is important to know that Proposals are executable code, not suggestions for a team or foundation to implement. As such, typically the proposer will prepare the executable code to be executed on a specific block height after all conditions are cleared.
